Applied Pharmaceutical Innovation became the new manager of leaseholder of the Biotechnology Business Development Building (BBDC), located in the Edmonton Research Park, in 2023.
The BBDC is a multi-tenant accelerator centre that fills a crucial need for biotechnology firms to further the development of their products prior to full market commercialization. The 72,000 square foot building includes wet-lab, office and meeting space facilities.
