Applied Pharmaceutical Innovation has received a letter of support from the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists for its initiative to develop security of supply for critical medicines. Pharmacists are at the frontlines of drug shortages. They can spend up to 20% of their time attempting to procure drugs that are in short supply and are extremely concerned by the potential of shortages during Covid-19.
