Today, the Government of Alberta announced a new working group ‘The Edmonton Metro Region Economic Recovery (EMRER)’ that will engage with local leaders and residents to get their views on how the provincial government can support the economic recovery and growth of the metro Edmonton economy.
We are excited to share that Applied Pharmaceutical Innovation (API) will be part of this working group and Andrew MacIsaac, CEO at API will be working closely with other members of the working group to submit a final report to the government in summer of 2022.
The working group will provide recommendations on how to revitalize and attract investments in the Edmonton region and focus on highlighting why Edmonton remains one of the best places to invest, do business, raise a family and thrive. Read the press release by the Government of Alberta here.
