Representatives from API’s Executive and Senior leadership team attended the BIO International Convention this year. The BIO International Convention is the largest global event for the biotechnology industry and attracts the biggest names in biotech, offers key networking and partnering opportunities and provides insights and inspiration on the major trends affecting the industry.
This year’s BIO International Convention was held in person in San Diego, California from June 13-16 and it was attended by over 3,000+ international and domestic companies from the biotech, life sciences and the pharmaceutical industry. The convention featured 100+ interactive sessions across 4 days covering a variety of therapeutic areas, business development, digital health, patient advocacy, public policy, and next-generation biotherapeutics, and the latest updates from industry experts on COVID-19 and the vaccine.
API team members along with other organizations from Edmonton region and across Canada were present at the Canada Pavilion to share critical insights with global through leaders on strengths and opportunities in Canada’s life sciences sector.
